Terms of Use​

TL;DR:

Do NOT rip, redistribute, resell, trade, any assets from Everglade products in either original OR edited form. Your purchase is a personal use licence.

Do NOT use Everglade products irresponsibly. You are solely accountable for all public and private use of Everglade products.

Do NOT upload Everglade products to any platform with public access. Your purchase is a personal use licence. A free public sample version has been provided.

  1. Everglade products may not be used for any commercial purposes without permission from Everglade on an individual basis. Note, using Everglade Avatars for streaming on platforms such as Twitch, YouTube, X is allowed (Credit when asked).
  2. Texture commissions or ‘personal edit’ agreements are allowed, so long as the client receiving the service has purchased the related product(s) prior, in addition to the artist. Artists: Please use the Everglade Discord Server to verify ownership before starting on a commission.
  3. Redistribution of any assets from Everglade products is prohibited. You are forbidden from selling edits of Everglade products in any form. However, selling standalone original content that is compatible Everglade Avatars, such as clothes, accessories, or textures, is allowed.
  4. User uploaded free public avatars are not permitted. A free public sample version is provided - you can find the link to it near the top of the product description.

Refund Policy​

This product is a digital product download (non-tangible, irrevocable goods) and as such refunds are generally not applicable - all sales are final. Your purchase of this product confirms you accept the Terms of Use and Refund Policy.

You may be entitled to a refund if your request is made within 14 days of your purchase and you have provided valid evidence of a serious technical problem, such as:

  • The product is not functional due to a problem that is verified to be an issue of the product and cannot be resolved by Everglade Staff
  • Unusual transaction error (e.g. Bought duplicates)
  • The product is not-as-described in the product description

You may not be granted a refund in the following cases:

  • Product was purchased by mistake
  • You do not have the expertise to apply and use the product
  • You decide you no longer like your purchase/change your mind

If you meet these conditions you may request a refund in a Product Ticket in the Everglade Discord Server or via our email everglade.art@gmail.com (may be slower).
